Once application has been approved, all vendors will receive a packet with all details they will need for this event.

Cost: $150

Booth Space: Multiple sizes and locations are available!  Everyone must bring their own tent, tables, and chairs.

Clean Up & Security: Vendors are responsible for their booth area during and after the event. There will be on-site management but no overnight security to watch over your space.

Vendors Agree: The Great Flamingle assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising out of the participant’s acts or omissions in or during the event. Vendors are responsible to carry insurance and it will be validated prior to set up.

Terms & Conditions: All vendors are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax to New York State at an 8% rate. Clothing items are tax-exempt in Chautauqua County. This is a rain-or-shine event. Cancelations of 14 days or more before the event will have $100 of fees retained. Vendor fees are non-refundable within the 2 weeks before the event.
